The City of Tampa is seeking Professional Design-Build services for Washington Street Park Improvements and Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park Improvements. The improvements include the complete renovation of the park and adjacent streetscape, and modification or replacement of affected infrastructure and systems. The City is looking for firms to submit a single electronic file in searchable PDF format, including a Letter of Interest, a Statement of Qualifications, and any supplemental material. The selection criteria include Successful Comparable Project Experience, Project Approach, Workload and Availability, Past Performance, and Planned SLBE Solicitation & Utilization. • The project estimate is $10,000,000. • The submission deadline is May 21, 2026. • A pre-submission conference will be conducted on May 4, 2026, but attendance is not required. • The City will provide an email acknowledgement of submission receipt. • The City is looking for firms with experience in design-build services and a strong understanding of the project requirements.
