Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated to be between $50,000 and $200,000, depending on the scope of work and the number of lead-based paint hazards that need to be removed. The estimate is based on the requirement for a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid price, which suggests that the city is expecting bids in the range of $50,000 to $200,000. Additionally, the project requires specialized equipment and labor, which can drive up the cost. However, the actual budget may vary depending on the bids received and the city's budget for the project.
