The VA is issuing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for anesthesia machines, including warranty, maintenance, training, and consumable startup kits, to be placed on the National Equipment Catalog for nationwide use. The contract will have a ten‑year performance period (five‑year base plus one five‑year option) with multiple awardees. Offerors must submit a full‑range proposal for a single OEM platform, covering equipment, accessories, installation, training, warranty, maintenance, and consumables. Pricing must be provided for each contract year (CY1‑CY5 base period; CY6‑CY10 optional). The solicitation requires compliance with FDA 510(k) clearance, Section 508 accessibility, and VA security and rules‑of‑behavior clauses.
