612 - Henderson Parts & Labor

The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for Henderson parts and labor services. The selected vendor will be required to provide parts and labor for the City's motor vehicles. The vendor must have the capability to supply parts on a regular and emergency basis, and all parts must carry a minimum six-month replacement warranty. The vendor must also state their labor rate for medium and heavy-duty trucks, as well as their parts discount. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. • The vendor must have a minimum of one person with a commercial driver's license, including Class B and air brake endorsements. • The vendor must maintain a minimum of $5,000 of Henderson products parts inventory. • The vendor must provide a price list with their bid, including any discounts. • The vendor must state their delivery time and any additional terms or conditions. • The City reserves the right to purchase all parts from the selected vendor if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
