Notice of Intent to Sole Source, Preventative and Emergent Maintenance for Aluminum Ion Vapor Disposition System (AIVD)

The Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group is giving notice of intent to award a purchase order to Pregl Services Inc. on a sole source basis for preventative and emergent maintenance of Aluminum Ion Vapor Disposition System (AIVD). The requirement includes scheduled semi-annual preventive maintenance, personnel familiarization training, and emergent repairs on two government-owned AIVD systems. • The maintenance services are required for the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) located in Jacksonville, Florida. • Pregl Services Inc. has restrictive data rights and proprietary licensing agreement to provide the required services. • The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for review.
