Description
The State of Maryland is seeking bids for the Pritts Well Replacement Project. The work shall consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, supervision, and material necessary to ensure that grading, construction, and maintenance will be carried out according to the proposed plans and specification designated hereafter. The project involves the replacement of a well, and the successful bidder will be responsible for completing the work in accordance with the contract documents. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive Total Bid including any alternates awarded.
• The bid must include a price for each line item on the bid form.
• The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
• The bidder must submit a completed Contractor Questionnaire and other requested documentation after being notified of their selection as the apparent low bidder.
• The contract will be executed by the Department within 90 days following the final approval required by law.
