Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is seeking quotes for the delivery of 25 commercial top-load washers and 25 commercial natural gas dryers for a free-use student laundromat at the FLETC Artesia Training Delivery Point. The washers and dryers must meet specific salient characteristics, including true commercial/OPL construction, free-use controls, and stainless steel wash tubs. The contractor shall deliver the equipment to the designated loading area, provide advance delivery coordination, and remove packaging materials. The government will handle offloading and installation.
• The contractor must provide standard commercial manufacturer warranty documentation for each unit.
• The units must be new, unused, and current production models.
• The government will inspect the equipment for correct quantities, black finish, commercial/OPL configuration, and natural gas factory configuration for dryers.
• The contractor must provide all necessary installation parts and accessories for each machine.
