Loan Closing Attorney - Syracuse Housing Strategies Corporation

The Syracuse Housing Strategies Corporation (SHSC) is seeking a law firm to provide legal services related to loan closings for its Homeowner Renovation Program. The program provides forgivable loans to eligible homeowners for renovation and rehabilitation projects. The selected law firm will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and closing loan documents, preparing and recording security and collateral documents, and coordinating closing activities with homeowners and other parties. The contract will be for a period of one year, with two possible one-year renewal options.
