Description
The South Carolina State Housing Authority is seeking qualified firms to conduct underwriting reviews of its housing mortgage portfolio. The work involves detailed examination of loan files, assessment of compliance with underwriting standards, risk analysis, and preparation of comprehensive review reports. This contract will support the Authority’s efforts to ensure sound lending practices and mitigate financial risk.
• Perform thorough underwriting analyses on existing mortgage loan files.
• Evaluate compliance with state and federal lending regulations and internal policies.
