Description
The State of South Carolina is establishing a Qualified Provider List (QPL) of firms that can perform Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) market‑study services for its housing finance programs. Firms must demonstrate at least five years of primary authorship on LIHTC market studies, have South Carolina experience, and be principally a market‑study business. No direct payment from the State is made; the selected providers will be hired directly by LIHTC developers who contract and pay for the studies. The QPL is valid for an initial one‑year term and may be automatically renewed up to five years, with annual renewal windows each January.
