Description
The college is seeking a qualified contractor to replace existing flooring in the Occupational Education (OE) lobby and adjacent areas. The work includes grinding and leveling existing terrazzo, installing luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and specified Shaw Contract carpet tiles, and coordinating demolition of doors in several corridors and classrooms. All labor, materials, equipment, permits, insurance, and site safety measures are the contractor’s responsibility, with a target completion date of July 31 2026.
