Family Services and Youth Opioid Recovery

Arapahoe County is seeking a contractor to provide family services and youth opioid recovery services. The contractor will be responsible for implementing evidence-based, collaborative strategies that align with Region 9 priorities, including prevention, harm reduction, treatment, recovery, and planning and coordination. The scope of proposals submitted as part of this request should meet one of the following priorities: increase awareness of resources and resource management, increase pro-social alternatives to substance use, or increase youth treatment and youth recovery services. • Key activities may include expanding access to and capacity of youth treatment and recovery services, providing wraparound services such as transportation, case management, and peer mentorship, and developing culturally competent and trauma-informed recovery resources. • The available budget for proposals is variable based on the proposed activities and outcomes required to meet the priorities identified as part of this scope. • Project awardees will collaborate closely with Region 9 to submit quarterly data evaluation reports on the agreed-upon metrics.
