Description
The 22d Air Refueling Wing at McConnell AFB, Kansas, seeks a contractor to provide all personnel, management, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, fuel, engine lubricants, and smoke oil required to execute the 2026 McConnell AFB Airshow. The solicitation includes a Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 1 Oct 2026 and has been amended twice to update the PWS and remove mileage charges. Vendors must submit quotes to the designated Air Force contacts and acknowledge receipt of the amendment.
