R--R10 START VI: Superfund Technical Assessment & Response Team (START) VI

The EPA is seeking a qualified technical team to conduct Superfund Technical Assessment & Response (START) Phase VI activities. This effort will involve comprehensive environmental site investigations, data analysis, and response planning for contaminated sites under the Superfund program. The contractor will be expected to provide scientific expertise, field sampling, risk assessment, and coordination with EPA stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations. • Perform detailed site assessments, including soil, water, and air sampling. • Conduct risk assessments and develop remediation response strategies. • Produce technical reports and deliver presentations to EPA officials. • Coordinate with multiple EPA offices and external stakeholders throughout the contract period. • Ensure compliance with federal environmental regulations and Superfund guidelines.
