As-Needed Campus Hazardous Materials Testing and Abatement Services

Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is seeking qualified firms to provide hazardous materials testing and abatement services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting hazardous materials surveys, sampling, reporting, abatement, remediation, and waste management. The firm must have experience with hazardous materials testing, assessment, asbestos abatement, lead-based paint work, mold remediation, PCB handling, radon, and hazardous waste disposal. The firm must also comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Some key responsibilities include: • Conducting hazardous materials testing and assessments • Performing sampling and laboratory coordination • Preparing written reports • Developing site-specific plans • Providing abatement and remediation services • Conducting air monitoring • Performing proper waste handling and removal from campus The college intends to award a three-year agreement with the option to renew for two additional years.
