Description
The US Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide mess attendant services at the Charles Walter David Jr. Dining Facility at USCG Base Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Pedro, CA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, labor, transportation, uniforms, and incidental supplies and services to maintain the dining facility in an attractive and sanitary condition. The contractor will also be required to provide mess attendant services for special events, such as Reservist Weekends and Official Functions, on an as-needed basis. The contract is for a base year of September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four one-year options.
• The dining facility serves an average of 80-90 patrons for breakfast and 150-180 patrons for lunch per day.
• The contractor will be required to provide services for special events, such as Reservist Weekends and Official Functions.
• The government will provide certain equipment, tools, and consumables for contractor execution.
• The contractor will be responsible for proposing their own independent staffing model based on historical volumes.
• The incumbent contractor is The Severson Group LLC.
