Facility Maintenance Services

The Ellisville State School is seeking a vendor to provide facility maintenance services. The vendor will be responsible for providing four trained building maintenance workers who are proficient in identifying deficiencies or issues that may exist or arise on the main campus of the Agency and adjoining Employee Housing. The workers will be required to perform a variety of tasks, including interior and exterior painting, repairing and replacing broken doors and windows, installing and replacing flooring, and performing minor electrical and plumbing work. The vendor will be required to provide a suitable vehicle for each worker, as well as all necessary tools and equipment. The vendor will also be responsible for ensuring that each worker has completed an OSHA 10 course and is properly trained on the use of all tools and equipment. Some of the key responsibilities of the vendor include: • Providing four trained building maintenance workers • Performing interior and exterior painting and caulking • Repairing and replacing broken doors, windows, and furniture • Installing and replacing flooring • Performing minor electrical and plumbing work • Troubleshooting and repairing basic electrical and plumbing issues • Assisting with moving furniture and appliances as needed • Performing other facility maintenance duties as assigned
