Secure File Transfer Licenses

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking to procure licenses for secure file transfer. The solicitation is for a limited competition among authorized resellers for Secure File Transfer Hosted user licenses with advanced governance features, FIPS-compliant encryption technology, 1,500 GB of storage, 3,000 GB of bandwidth, and secure maintenance to support the Authority's existing secure file transfer environment. The contract will be for a period from 5/1/26-4/30/27. • The procurement includes licenses for Kiteworks Enterprise FedRAMP Secure File Sharing Hosted 250 Users with Advanced Governance, FIPS, Automation Suite Support. • The procurement also includes a Private Hosted Instance and a Hosted Kiteworks Enterprise FedRAMP Antivirus Accellion. • Bidders must submit their bids through the WMATA Supplier Portal. • Edits to submitted bids are allowed. • Multiple bids from the same supplier are not allowed.
