Intent to Sole Source - OCA Roads & Parking Lots Evaluation

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a contractor to analyze and rate the pavement distress of their roads and parking lots according to the USACE modified Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating (PASER) rating criteria. The contractor will be tasked with rating individual segments via photos provided and developing an Excel spreadsheet to show the ratings.
