Description
The County of Cole, Missouri is seeking bids for the provision of road materials, including limestone and gravel materials. The successful bidder will be required to provide the materials on an "as needed, if needed" basis. The bid submission should include a fully executed cover page, bidder response form, anti-collusion statement, and affidavit of compliance with the federal work authorization program. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest bid, service, and availability/delivery.
• The bid submission should be delivered to the Cole County Commission in a sealed envelope identified by bid number, bid title, and bid opening date/time.
• The bidder should have ample inventory and/or deliver within one working day.
• The bidder should have proven past service and be within a 50-mile radius.
• The bid should include all costs, of whatever nature, that are involved in achieving the good or service per the bid documents.
