Grounds Maintenance Services (Fort Leavenworth)

The Kansas Adjutant General is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at Fort Leavenworth. The services include lawn care, snow removal, and other related tasks. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining approximately 55 acres of land. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option for renewal. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration, tax clearance, and sexual harassment. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal that includes prices for each service. • The contractor must provide a technical proposal that describes their approach to the project. • The contractor must comply with all requirements outlined in the RFP, including those related to insurance, taxes, and lobbying. • The contractor must provide a certification regarding immigration reform and control. • The contractor must provide a certification regarding the procurement or obtainment of certain equipment, services, or systems.
