Design/Build Maintenance and Repair Army Reserve (MRAR), Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS), JBMDL, NJ

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Maintenance and Repair Army Reserve (MRAR) of a single-story Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL) in Burlington, New Jersey. The project scope includes the repair of the failing HVAC and electrical systems, the removal of non-structural interior walls, and the installation of a code compliant fire alarm and suppression system. The project also repairs the exterior structural elements, replaces the failing standing seam metal roof, and corrects all life safety deficiencies. • The project includes approximately 21,644 square feet of usable administrative and maintenance space. • The Contract Duration is one thousand ninety-five (1,095) calendar days from Contract Notice to Proceed. • The selection process will evaluate factors such as past performance, technical approach, design narrative, management plan, and price. • The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
