2840 - Five (5) Year Performance Based-Logistics (PBL) Requirements-Type Supply Contract for T700 Engine Components Repair and Replacement

The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking a sole-source supply contract for the repair and replacement of T700 Engine Components. The proposed contract will be a five-year Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) Requirements-Type Supply Contract, which will require the contractor to stock, warehouse, repair, modify, and/or replace assets within established contract performance metrics. The contractor will also be responsible for providing an integrated product life cycle approach, including engineering and logistics support. • The contract will be for a five-year base period with no options. • The contractor will be required to meet established response times through component repair replacement, reliability oversight, and inventory, configuration, and obsolescence management. • Source Approval is required, and the Government will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. • The contractor must have the necessary capability and expertise to ensure successful performance outcomes under the contemplated PBL contract.
