CAR WASHING SERVICES NO. III

The County of Ocean is seeking a contractor to provide car washing services for its vehicles. The contractor will be responsible for washing, cleaning, and detailing the vehicles, including cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, and vans. The services will be provided at the contractor's facility, and the contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsible price, and the County intends to award multiple contracts to ensure availability of car washing services in all geographical areas. The services include: * Washing the exterior of the vehicle to remove road dirt, tree sap, tar, and bird droppings * Washing the undercarriage of the vehicle * Cleaning wheels and tires to remove road dirt, mud, and brake dust * Vacuuming the interior of the vehicle, including seats, floor mats, and carpets * Cleaning the dashboard and door panels and emptying the ashtray * Cleaning all windows inside and out * Cleaning all mirrors inside and out * Waxing the exterior of the vehicle * Drying the exterior of the vehicle manually * Checking the vehicle for missed dirt spots and removing them * Providing same-day service, stain and dye removal, dirt and spot removal, carpet extraction, and shampooing * Buffing the exterior to remove swirls and provide a uniform shine.
