Description
Dalton Public Schools is seeking competitive bids to supply a complete welding laboratory for the Dalton Academy. The scope includes delivery, placement, and installation of specified welding equipment (plasma cutter, MBS‑1018 saw, Powermig 262MP Edu OnePak units, etc.) with all freight and handling costs covered by the vendor. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid form by September 25, 2026 10:00 AM ET, either via email to the purchasing department or hand‑delivered to the central office. The winning vendor must provide proof of liability, workers’ compensation, and vehicle insurance, and must complete delivery within three days after receipt of order (ARO). The school reserves the right to accept the lowest or best‑value bid and to reject any or all proposals.
