Description
The District requires a qualified contractor to replace approximately 6,420 sq ft of existing turf at Walt Whitman High School. The work includes surveying, removal of existing planters, excavation, stone‑base installation, turf installation (sod or synthetic as per specifications), and final site cleanup. All labor, materials, equipment, and disposal services must be included in the bid.
• Replace Surface A (2,900 sq ft) and Surface B (3,520 sq ft) per the provided diagram.
• Provide perimeter turf nailer, stone base, and ensure proper grading for drainage.
• Comply with NYS prevailing‑wage rules and submit required insurance certificates and certifications.
