Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System, is seeking a firm fixed price contract for a Mizuho OSI Hana Orthopedic Surgery Table and accessories. The table is required for advanced orthopedic and fracture surgeries. The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. The contract includes various components such as the table base, radiolucent leg spars, traction boot pairs, and patient safety straps.
• The contract requires the contractor to furnish all supplies at the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System.
• Shipping is included in the cost.
• No remanufactures or gray market items are acceptable.
• The contractor must adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of the contract.
