Description
Temple University is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for Mechanical Construction Package No. 4 for Temple’s Terra Hall Repairs and Renovations project. The project involves the renovation of a 274,000-square-foot academic building to address critical infrastructure needs and implement upgrades. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of existing HVAC and related systems, as well as interior renovation work. The project will be delivered pursuant to a multi-prime contract delivery structure.
