2026 Janitorial Supplies

The Lincoln County Commission is seeking bids for the 2026 janitorial supplies contract. The bidder must comply with all Lincoln County requirements regarding prevailing wage, certified payroll, Affidavit of Compliance (PW-4), lien waivers, insurance, OSHA 10 training, and E-Verify. • The contract has a minimum insurance requirement, including Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Excess Liability Coverage or Umbrella. • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance naming Lincoln County as an additional insured. • The contract requires the bidder to comply with all terms and conditions, requirements, and specifications of the original invitation to bid. • The bidder must provide a completed W-9 Form and other required attachments. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
