Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to award a sole source contract to Ferguson Enterprises, LLC for the replacement of a water heater at the Navajo Department of Corrections, Crownpoint Judicial Complex. The contract is for a high-efficiency commercial gas water heater unit, and the replacement is necessary due to the current unit's failure and the need for a reliable hot water supply to maintain proper sanitation, hygiene, and health standards. The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing non-functioning water heater.
• The replacement unit must be a high-efficiency commercial gas water heater comparable to model SSUF1 19500PEA (119-gallon Tall LP, 500,000 BTU).
• The unit must meet all current code and operational requirements.
