The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to extend the services of an existing task order on a sole-source basis to RMF Engineering INC. The services being extended include architect and engineering services for Commissioning (Cx) services by Commissioning Specialists (CxS) for the East Campus Integrated Program Office (ECIPO) at Fort Meade, MD. The contract provides support to the Government commissioning authority in executing all LEED requirements for enhanced commissioning. The key aspects of the job include: • Providing Commissioning (Cx) services by Commissioning Specialists (CxS) • Supporting the Government commissioning authority in executing all LEED requirements for enhanced commissioning • Serving as an objective overseer of the commissioning process and submitting comments to the government regarding the performance of the commissioning process • Working on the East Campus Building 4 Construction (ECB4) project
