Description
The Atlanta Public Schools is seeking architectural services for various projects. The selected vendors will be divided into two pools: Pool A for projects under $5,000,000 and Pool B for projects over $5,000,000. The scope of work includes pre-contractual phase, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. The architect will be responsible for providing professional services, including design, production of technical documents, and construction administration.
• The architect will work with the facility services staff to review program requirements and budget.
• The architect will prepare a design narrative, schematic design studies, and construction documents.
• The architect will coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain necessary approvals.
• The architect will provide electronic copies of design documents and participate in meetings with facility services staff.
