Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is soliciting quotations for the delivery of 650 tons of weed‑free alfalfa hay and 50 tons of weed‑free grass hay to the Wild Horse & Burro (WH&B) Facility in Delta, Utah. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, single‑award supply agreement with a delivery window from November 1 to November 30 2026. Bidders must be registered in SAM, meet small‑business set‑aside requirements, and provide weight tickets, unloading, and stacking services at the delivery site.
