Description
Francis Marion University is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver a specified inventory of bedding‑plant material for its 2026 fall planting season. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑responsible and responsive bidder, with all freight costs included (FOB Destination) and sales tax excluded from bid prices. Delivery must be completed no later than early October 2026.
• Required plant inventory totals ≈ 2,800 plants plus 50 flats (Dusty Miller, Snapdragons, Dianthus (red & white), Ornamental Cabbage, Ornamental Kale, Viola).
• Plants must be supplied in 6‑inch pots (flats in 18‑inch pots) and shipped to the university’s central receiving facility in Florence, SC.
• Bids must be submitted by July 30, 2026 2 pm EST, with any questions due by July 16, 2026 2 pm EST. Required forms include Open Trade Representation and a vendor W‑9.
