Water Dispensers & Service for County Health Sites

The County of San Mateo is seeking a vendor to provide and install new water dispensers at 23 health sites, with each unit connected directly to the existing water source. The vendor must also provide ongoing service and maintenance, including filter replacement. The selected vendor will be required to work closely with County staff to meet their needs while adhering to all relevant regulations and standards. • The water dispensers must be countertop units that provide instant access to still filtered cold, ambient, and hot water. • The vendor must deliver and install the dispensers at designated County locations, including initial setup. • The vendor must address any repairs needed within 48 hours of notification by County staff. • The vendor must replace filters according to manufacturer guidelines or sooner if water quality tests indicate a need. • The vendor must offer a dedicated customer service contact for operational and technical support.
