Description
The Town of Stafford’s Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) is seeking qualified contractors to deliver a complete steel canopy, foundation, and site‑restoration package. The scope includes demolition of the existing monorail system, design and installation of a new structural steel canopy with a 1,000‑lb capacity monorail, purlins, galvanized decking, concrete foundations, excavation, back‑fill, and localized asphalt repair. A single mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 28 2026. Bidders must submit proposals that demonstrate experience in steel, concrete, and site‑work construction, and provide detailed cost, schedule, and safety plans.
