UH Replace North Penthouse Air Handlers – Phase 1

Project No. 151295/1571 titled UH Replace North Penthouse Air Handlers – Phase 1 G. M. Crisalli & Associates, Inc. is seeking subcontractor and vendor bids for UH Replace North Penthouse Air Handlers – Phase 1 project. Scope of work is to provide all necessary labor, material and equipment for the replacement of air handling units BL-4, BL-5, BL-14 and BL-26 located in the North wing penthouse of University Hospital. Scope of work also includes the addition of a steam to glycol hot water heat exchanger within the North penthouse to serve existing preheat and reheat coils associated with air handling units scheduled to be replaced, as well as future heating loads within the North penthouse that will transition from steam to hot water. The work will be phased to ensure minimal downtime of conditioned air to hospital spaces. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 365 calendar days after the date of Notice to Proceed.
