Camden County College is seeking vendors to supply a comprehensive range of welding supplies—including tools, consumables, safety equipment, and related accessories—on an as‑needed basis for its main campus and the Camden County Technical School warehouse. The contract runs from September 1 2026 through June 30 2027, with deliveries required within 24‑48 hours of request and all freight charges prepaid. Bidders must submit a bid bond (≥10 % of the base bid, capped at $20 k) and a performance bond equal to 100 % of the awarded price, and all prices must be firm for at least 60 days after submission. The college reserves a 25 % set‑aside for small‑business participation and will award the contract within 60 days after bid opening. • Supplies include welding helmets, gloves, jackets, rods, wires, grinders, torches, and other related accessories (items 1‑84). • Prices must be item‑by‑item, inclusive of delivery to both campuses, with FOB‑destination terms. • Vendor must comply with NJ prevailing‑wage, affirmative‑action, anti‑discrimination, and other statutory requirements and provide a full suite of certifications and insurance documentation.
