Description
The Saint Mary's County Public Schools is seeking a School Improvement Consultant to provide professional learning to district and school staff in SMCPS ATSI and CSI schools. The consultant will support school improvement by working with district administration, school administration, and other staff as needed. The scope of work includes collaborating with district leadership to develop a school improvement monitoring plan, providing support and oversight to identified schools, reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with MSDE School Improvement Monitoring Tool, and monitoring schools for implementation of continuous improvement cycles. The consultant will work with SMCPS district administration and ATSI/CSI schools for a total of 20 mutually agreed upon days from December 2025 to September 2026.
