Office Janitorial Services, North Springfield Lake and Upper Connecticut River Basin, North Springfield & Perkinsville, VT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is seeking a contractor to provide office janitorial services for the North Springfield Lake and Upper Connecticut River Basin offices in Vermont. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to clean the offices. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will provide weekly office cleaning, bi-annual window cleaning, and annual carpet steam cleaning for both offices. • The contractor must have a minimum of one person to function as a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) who meets the requirements of EM 385-1-1. • The contractor must provide a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan and an Activity Hazard Analysis. • The contractor must comply with all environmental regulations and use environmentally preferred products. • The contractor must have the necessary personnel, equipment, and resources to perform the work. • The contractor must have a quality control system in place to ensure compliance with the contract requirements.
