The Center for Homeland Defense and Security (CHDS) Educational Program Support

The Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Homeland Defense and Security (CHDS) is seeking a contractor to provide educational support for its graduate and executive-level educational and research programs. The programs include the Master's Program (MA), Executive Leaders Program (ELP), Emergence Program, Radiological Emergency Preparedness Program (REP), and Executive Education Programs (EEP). The contractor will be responsible for curriculum development, course execution, logistical support, and technological support. The contractor will also provide instructional, administrative, research, and technical support across the portfolio of programs. The period of performance for this contract will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. Some key features of the job include: • Developing and maintaining graduate-level courses and curriculum for homeland defense and security • Providing instructional support for students, including teaching and mentoring • Developing and executing logistical support plans for program events and activities • Providing technical support for CHDS systems, applications, and software • Maintaining data integrity, searchability, and expandability of metadata for various CHDS systems and applications • Providing operational and logistical support for program administration, including scheduling, materials, and resources.
