Engineering Development Support Services (PWE 1052)

The City of Boise is seeking professional services for the development of a Streetlight Comprehensive Plan, updates to the City’s Stormwater Design Manual, and updates to the Hillside Technical Manual. The selected firm will provide engineering development support services to Public Works Engineering. The scope of work includes developing a Streetlight Comprehensive Plan, updating the Stormwater Design Manual, and updating the Hillside Technical Manual. The City is looking for a firm with experience in streetlighting planning and design, comprehensive planning, utility development and administration, and development of technical guidance manuals. • The firm should have a strong understanding of local soil conditions, constraints, and challenging soil conditions. • The firm should have experience with public outreach and support for presentations to City leadership and decision-making bodies. • The firm should have a minimum of three references, including name, address, and telephone number, that have worked with the overall Project Manager and each sub-project lead on similar projects.
