High Density Polyethylene Pipe

Cowlitz County is seeking bids for the one-time purchase of High-Density Polyethylene Pipe. The pipe should be IPS SDR 17, PE4710, with a minimum 2% Carbon Black UV Stabilizer, in 40-ft lengths. The bid includes the purchase of 4,000 LF of 4-inch diameter HDPE, 1,000 LF of 4-inch diameter HDPE (perforated), 3,000 LF of 6-inch diameter HDPE, and 2,000 LF of 6-inch diameter HDPE (perforated). The successful bidder will be required to deliver the materials to the designated location. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bid must be submitted on the attached bid form. • The bid must include the unit price and total price for each item. • The bid must be mailed or delivered in person to the address listed. • Faxed and/or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
