Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Rochester is seeking a contractor to provide freezer storage services for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for up to 5 years. The contractor will be required to store approximately 120 pallets of frozen food per month. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the services.
• The contractor must have the capability to store the frozen food at a temperature of 0°F (-18°C) or below.
• The contractor must have a secure and climate-controlled facility to store the frozen food.
• The contractor must have the ability to receive and store the frozen food on a monthly basis.
• The contractor must have a system in place to track and manage the inventory of frozen food.
• The contractor must have a plan in place for emergency situations, such as power outages or equipment failures.
