General Sewer Plan Update

The City of Richland is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare a General Sewer Plan Update. The scope of work includes evaluating the wastewater treatment plant, updating the hydraulic model of the sewer collection system, identifying limitations in the existing collection system, and providing recommendations for improvements. The consultant will also be required to prepare a comprehensive sewer plan, including a 5-year and 10-year Capital Improvement Plan. The City is looking for a consultant with experience in wastewater engineering, hydraulic modeling, and sewer system planning. • The consultant will be responsible for evaluating the wastewater treatment plant and providing recommendations for improvements. • The consultant will update the hydraulic model of the sewer collection system to assess existing conditions and identify limitations. • The consultant will prepare a comprehensive sewer plan, including a 5-year and 10-year Capital Improvement Plan. • The consultant will provide recommendations for improvements to the sewer collection system. • The consultant will work with City staff to develop a project schedule and budget.
