90 Church St. Workstation Reconstruction

Description: The NYS Department of Health is seeking bids for partial demolition and reconstruction of existing workstations at 90 Church Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10007. Scope of Work includes: Partial demolition and reconfiguration of 69 Herman Miller brand workstations. Reconstruction and reinstallation for a total of 72 Herman Miller brand workstations. The new workstations will be about 20 square feet in clusters of six. Removal and disposal of unnecessary parts, components, and accessories. Additional notes: - Construction of as many workstations as possible to the new plan. A vendor has been identified to supply fill-in parts and new workstations. - This bid will NOT include electrical work and data cabling. Separate vendors have been identified for those needs. - If desired, a site visit can be arranged. Completion Date: June 22, 2026.
