Description

The U.S. Navy (NAVFAC Pacific) is conducting market research to identify manufacturers capable of producing apron floodlight poles that match the performance and listing/approval requirements of the Ingal EPS Floodlight Pole (Part Number PTH35F) for use at RAAF Base Tindal, Australia. This is a non‑binding RFI; responses must include detailed technical data, not promotional brochures, and will be used to evaluate product compatibility with the existing lighting system. Submissions are due by 12:00 p.m. HST on 6 Oct 2026. • Identify and submit detailed technical specifications for floodlight poles equivalent to Ingal EPS PTH35F. • Must demonstrate that the pole can be lowered using existing equipment at RAAF Base Tindal. • Responses are not proposals and cannot form a contract; the government may disregard incomplete or vague submissions.

Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical procurement of specialized lighting poles (estimated $2,000–$5,000 per unit) and the likely quantity needed for a multi‑purpose apron/taxiway (≈100‑200 poles), the total award could range from roughly $200,000 to $500,000. Factors influencing the estimate include pole size, material, lighting technology, and logistics for overseas delivery.
