Description
The Texas A&M University is seeking proposals for the modernization of the West Campus Garage elevator. The project involves the renovation of the existing elevator system, and the successful bidder will be responsible for completing the work. The construction documents and RFP are available electronically, and submissions are due on August 19, 2026. A pre-proposal meeting was held on July 16, 2026. The project requires a HUB subcontracting plan, and monthly HUB progress assessment reports are required with each pay application.
