Notice Inviting Requests for Proposals - ERP Procurement including Implementation Services

The City of Pacific Grove is seeking a qualified firm to replace its existing CentralSquare Finance ProPlus ERP with a new, fully integrated, SaaS‑based Enterprise Resource Planning system that covers finance, payroll, and human‑resources functions, and to provide full implementation services. The effort includes detailed project planning, data conversion, system configuration, integration with existing municipal applications, user training, and ongoing support under a multi‑year SaaS agreement. The vendor must demonstrate experience with California municipalities, meet strict technical standards (Microsoft SQL Server 2022, Azure AD, VMware, etc.), and comply with the City’s Vendor Services Agreement. • Replace current ERP with a SaaS‑based, integrated finance, payroll, and HR solution. • Provide end‑to‑end implementation services: project management, business process redesign, data migration, testing, training, and post‑go‑live support. • Deliver required interfaces to third‑party systems (permits, licensing, recreation, banking, payroll, etc.) and meet technical/security standards outlined in the RFP.
