Seeking Competitive Lease Proposals – Administrative Office Space in support of Law Enforcement Operations Town of Islip and surrounding areas, NY

The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for as-is, fully finished and furnished office space for administrative operations in support of law enforcement in Baltimore City, MD; Orlando, FL; and Seattle, WA. The space requirements include 11,500-18,500 square feet, contiguous space, at least one conference room, a dedicated server room, and a facility security level of II minimum. The lease term is 10 years with a 5-year firm occupancy term. The evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. • Space must be modern, high-quality, and suitable for professional use • Space must be delivered fully furnished, including systems furniture, private office furnishings, conference tables/chairs, and storage • Offered rates must reflect the furnished delivery condition • The Government reserves the right to award a lease with a term that differs from the evaluated term if necessary to meet mission needs
